We’ve embedded sensors where hands speak loudest, along the index finger’s determined arc and the hypothenar’s vulnerable curve. Here technology amplifies rather than mediates, turning each touch into a co-created moment of magic.

The Alchemy of Touch
Two people (or even more) explore the results of a unique encounter through physical contact, allowing circuits to form pathways.
We extracted raw bioelectric data through Arduino processed and converted to Beat, and the audio bands are accessed by an AI-generated API to be converted to music, which then enters the touchdesigner for interaction.
We use ultra light clay to create a model of a handshake. By leaving fingerprints on the model, we observe the hand's shape during a handshake and explore which fingers make more forceful contact with the opponent's hypothenar muscles.
Interaction testing completed, validating the feasibility of the framework.
