About

AfterNow.zip is a digital time capsule that explores how communication, memory, and meaning are reshaped by emerging technologies.

Presented as a ZIP folder, the project captures the uncertainty of the digital age through five distinct works: family portraits (Audrey Lukban), a crossword (Jiwoo Kang), a philosophical essay (Julia Mazur), a grocery list (Tom Halsall), and an interactive backup system (Youna Kim). Each piece reflects personal interpretations of the digital present and its imagined futures, inviting viewers to question how we experience, preserve, and reconstruct reality in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
