About

I’m Desiree, pursuing MA Service Design. My approach heavily centres around using qualitative methods of ethnography, observations and interviews to address problems at hand.  Having experience in commercial strategy, most of my practise now leans towards the lens of social innovation; such as redesigning a menstrual education program or engaging people on probation with finance.

As a Service Designer, I emphasise on bringing in a trandisciplinary approach to addressing problems. I also try to incorporate a co-designing process and share ownership with the people involved through my practice.
