Art Bathing by Art Unlimited, the App which brings Creators, curators and art lovers together: Bathe Yourself in Art!

While the positive impact of art on well-being is well established, delivering these benefits to a wide audience remains a challenge. Our initial idea of “democratising access to art” through new digital art platforms quickly revealed that we could replace one set of barriers with another. Field trips to test various technologies provided valuable insights into user experience, highlighting that technology can create as many obstacles as it can solve.

In hindsight, our solution of developing an app seems both straightforward and obvious; however, like many simple solutions, it masks the considerable effort that went into refining the concept. The Art Bathing App is designed to be both elegant and practical, offering scalability and personalization in an accessible format. By leveraging widely used technologies, we can eliminate barriers to access and address ethical considerations, all while utilizing existing pathways to deliver a new and holistic way to experience art.
