Mind Gap
About
Mental health challenges among young adults are more prevalent than ever, yet finding accessible and engaging ways to support emotional well-being can be difficult. In response to this, we introduce “Mind Gap” – Art Therapy Booklet, a creative and reflective tool designed to encourage self-expression, mindfulness, and personal growth through art-based activities. Art has the power to heal, offering a non-verbal outlet for emotions that might be difficult to express with words. This book is not about being an artist; it’s about using creativity as a means of exploration, release, and self-care. Each chapter includes thoughtfully designed exercises that help individuals connect with their emotions, process past experiences, and envision their future with positivity and clarity.
