Through Her Pain

About

Through Her Pain is a multidisciplinary response to the often-unseen phenomenon of medical gaslighting, particularly experienced by women.

Rooted in the theme of Caring Society, the project explores how female pain is often silenced, misunderstood, or dismissed within clinical environments. We invited participants to join a hands-on workshop where they transformed their emotions into tactile forms—using textile, thread, and material fragments to express suppression, anxiety, resistance, and resilience.

These deeply personal works were then curated via an Online Museum, forming a collective emotional landscape that turns private pain into public presence.

This project follows the pathway of  Personal Expression → Collective Narrative → Public Discourse, using art not only as a language of care but also as a form of social recognition and cultural resistance.
