About
I am an interdisciplinary designer currently studying at the Royal College of Art in the MA Design Products Program. Majoring in Industrial Design at Rhode Island School of Design, I come from a background in fine arts which spurred my drive for design. My current work delves into the world of pockets as modes of storage on the body for women who rely on forms of public transportation. Through this project, I argue that pockets are essential components in everyday clothing, and explore why they have been historically minimized and even erased in women’s fashion.
