Bryce Zhang is a dedicated product and service design student with a strong background in product design. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in various design competitions, focusing on social innovation, health, and outdoor rescue, and won awards like the iF Design Award and IDEA Design Award. After graduation, his research centred on improving people’s lifestyles through design, aiming to bring happiness and fulfillments. He later joined Xiaohongshu, one of China’s leading internet companies, as a commercial planner, using service design to better meet real user needs and successfully executing several brand marketing campaigns.
