About

Cevdet is a designer and engineer pursuing a Master’s degree in Design Products. He believes that drawing fuels inspiration, enhances creativity, and sharpens observation skills. He dedicated more time to refining his drawing technique, focusing on life drawing and creating still life pieces in charcoal and oil paint.

Unlike his previous work, he wanted to explore new dimensions of his artistic expression and began working with sculpture with clay figurines. In his current work, Cevdet reimagines scenes from the Turkic creation myth, bridging the past and present through sculpture while exploring the tension between chaos and order, creation and destruction.
