A copper necklace and noodles formed into the shape of a necklace

About

I am a History of Design MA student based at the Victoria & Albert Museum and Royal College of Art.

I am interested in researching approaches to design for mobility and challenging environments, with a focus on utilitarian, flat-pack, and multi-functional furniture. My current research project is framed around 19th century naval hammocks.

I am an experienced cultural programmer, with a background in curating and delivering publications, workshops, events, and displays for a wide range of audiences. This professional background, working with architects, designers, and other built environment professionals, lends itself to researching for collaborative, responsive, and considered design projects.
