My name is Haoyun Dong.

I am a service designer currently studying at the Royal College of Art (RCA). My design practice does not stop at “service optimisation”; rather, it seeks to uncover the structural inequalities, barriers to data accessibility, and the absence of emotional care often hidden within everyday healthcare processes. I believe that service is more than a sequence of steps — it is a form of social texture. Through my work, I aim to give voice to invisible needs and model the often-overlooked experiences at the margins.

In future explorations, I will continue to use design methodologies and narrative language to intervene in the fractures of existing systems — building bridges between technology and humanity with warmth and care.
