About
Le Wang, born in Shaanxi, China, is currently pursuing an MA in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art, London. She previously completed an MA in Curatorial Practice in Florence, Italy (2022). Her practice spans sculpture, installation, curating, and writing, exploring the intersections between personal experiences and broader social and cultural contexts.
Her work revolves around themes of memory, identity, and time. Her studies in Italy and the UK have deepened her understanding of cultural fluidity, individual identity formation, and the complex dynamics between self and society. Through her practice, she examines the tensions between materiality and emotion, constructing subtle yet fragile connections between people and their environments through space, form, and material.
