My name is Manna James Rao and I am a Behavioral Designer with a background in Interaction and Product Design. My approach, Human-Centered Optimization, focuses on creating intuitive and efficient solutions by leveraging existing user behaviors. With experience in UI/UX, branding, and tangible product conceptualization, I emphasize rapid prototyping, inclusive ergonomics, and minimalism in my work. Right now, Iā€™m exploring emergency response design, developing tools to help firefighters work more efficiently and safely in high-stress situations.
