Shichen Yang

About

Shichen Yang is an interdisciplinary and innovative designer with a background in mixed-material fabrication. He graduated from the University of the Arts London and has explored various fields, including biochemistry, game design, human-computer interaction, music production, humanities-based sculpture/installation art, product and furniture design, and photography. He has a strong passion for cross-industry design.

Currently, Shichen is pursuing a Master’s degree in Product Design at the Royal College of Art. His research focuses on the real-world applications of bioremediation and the development of economically viable and sustainable solutions. He is also actively involved in projects related to biodegradation and agriculture, collaborating with laboratory experts to bridge research findings with practical applications.
