As a textile and digital media artist, I’m fascinated by the quiet moments when the mind drifts—especially in public spaces like the London Underground. My project Space Out explores the state of zoning out, turning an invisible mental process into an immersive visual and auditory experience. By combining observation, digital storytelling, and interactive technology, I aim to highlight the beauty and complexity of mental stillness in a hyper-connected world. My work invites viewers to pause, disconnect, and reflect on what happens beneath the surface of silence.
