孙小寒 Xiaohan Sun (Dari, b. 2001) is a London-based animator who works with hand-drawing, mixed materials, and digital animation.
Her work explores personal emotions and real-life experiences, using memories to express those hard-to-face or hard-to-explain feelings that resonate with many girls.
By using different materials with symbolic meanings, she creates different safe, familiar spaces in different films for the audience to reflect on their own lives, and lets them not feel alone.
