About
As a product designer with six years of experience, I center my practice on the relationship between space and individuals, inclusive design, and emotional design. In the Across RCA collaborative project, I worked alongside Guoxin Zheng to translate theoretical concepts into tangible outcomes. We focused on prototyping wearable devices embedded with sensors to capture bioelectric signals during handshakes—shifting from intimate interactions to ethically grounded social contact. My role involved collecting kinetic data from 20 sets of handshakes, modeling pressure distribution patterns, and iterating three functional prototypes with Guoxin Zheng, aiming to visualize emotional transmission through touch. Additionally, I participated in video documentation to communicate the project’s narrative and technical depth.
