In the Across RCA project, we collectively co-designed Natural Experience-an interactive installation in order to enhance human-nature interface. As a student of Textiles, I have always been intrigued by the sensory and emotional impact of material, and this project offered the chance to explore how natural materials can create real interaction in urban environments. My colleagues—Siqi and Xinrui from Design Products, Tianye from Jewellery, and Xindi from Contemporary Art—brought unique expertise each with them, which enhanced the development of our concept and final product.
